The catching up or rapture of the church is a plain teaching of the Bible. It is a teaching that many people have allowed the traditions of men to cloud and confuse the issue for them. Today your average professing Christian knows little about the 'blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ' (Titus 2:15). With all the erroneous ideas and teachings surrounding the doctrine of the rapture some just give up on trying to understand this important part of Bible prophecy. We will lay aside all the traditions and opinions of men instead looking to the Scripture alone through the leading of the Holy Spirit to find out the truth of the matter.
