Sea slugs have a number of defense mechanisms. Some of them have a nasty taste, others are able to camouflage themselves, and others are able to eat sea anemones and store their stinging cells in their body wall to ward off predators. The information for these defense mechanisms was given to these creatures by their Creator.

Fun Facts * Sea slugs are also called nudibranchs. * Nudibranchs are simultaneous hermaphrodites, which means that they possess both male and female sex organs at the same time. This design increases the probability of finding a mate, since every mature individual of the same species is a potential partner. * Many nudibranchs have numerous feathery extensions on various parts of their bodies. These structures provide ample surface area for respiratory exchange.
