If you are a member of RejoiceTube.com you can add a video to your favorites, make a video featured, join other member's groups, add your own groups and much more.

REGISTRATION HELP

You can become a member of RejoiceTube.com for free by clicking the "Sign Up" link in the header of the site. This will take you to our Registration page which is quick and easy to fill out. Membership requires email confirmation, so you will need to provide a valid email address. As a member you can watch all the videos you want and upload videos too.

Password Reminders

Go to the "Login" link at the top of the page and click "Login."

Under the RejoiceTube Login box click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Fill out your email address and we will send your new password information to you.

How do I edit my subscription?

Once you login to your account you will be able to edit your personal details.

VIDEO PLAYING/USAGE HELP

Make sure that you have the latest web browser and software updates installed on your system. Use Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari for the best viewing experience.

Flash Player

You need to have Adobe's Flash Player installed to view videos on RejoiceTube.com.

Click on a video you would like to watch. If, when the page opens, you see no video box in the left side of your page, then you will need to download Adobe's free Flash Player. You should then see some text, which will read "Get Flash, Click Here."

This link will take you to Abode.com where you will be able to download Adobe Flash Player for free.

Internet Security and Software applications

If you are running firewall or other security software then you may need to add RejoiceTube.com to your trusted list if you are having problems using the service.

How do I watch a video?

To watch videos click on any image on the home page, or go to the "Watch" link in the top menu bar.

A new page will open and the video should start playing within a few seconds (slower internet connections may take longer). You can pause or stop your video, go to full screen mode, forward and rewind once the video has fully buffered by moving the play head back or forward as needed.

How can I search for a video?

You can search for videos in the search bar, located at the top of our home page. Enter your keyword and press return (Enter).

How can I browse the website and find videos I might like if I do not know what I want to search for?

Go to our "Channels" page and browse through our categories.

UPLOADING VIDEOS HELP

How To Upload A Video

Login to your account, go to the "Upload" button in the top menu bar, click on that link. Now fill out the online form (i.e. video title, description, video tags, the categories of choice, etc.). Then click on the "Submit" button. On the page you are taken to you will click on the "Browse" button to browse your computer and find the video file that you will be uploading. Then choose the "Public" or "Private" video option and click "Upload" and the progress bar will show you how your upload is progressing. When it is done it will take you to a page with the links to the video and codes to embed it in your website, blog, or other page!

Upload Formats

You can upload videos in these formats: flv, 3gp, mp4, mov, asf, mpg, avi, mpeg, wmv. Please be sure to leave no spaces in your video name. Example: ILoveJesus.flv is correct and I Love Jesus.flv is incorrect

Unfortunately, if you do not follow this guideline your video will not upload properly.

Max file size: 200 MB. No copyrighted or obscene material (most videos are reviewed before being allowed on RejoiceTube).

Whether you uploaded directly from your computer or from your Youtube links, the process can take a few seconds to a number of minutes to complete the upload.

DO NOT BROWSE AWAY FROM THE UPLOAD PAGE ONCE THE UPLOAD BEGINS. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WAIT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED. BROWSING AWAY WILL CAUSE THE UPLOAD TO FAIL.

Once uploaded, the actual time it takes to convert the video to a format playable on RejoiceTube could take minutes or hours, depending on the original format and file size.

Video Titles

Do Not add special characters to your title such as "/ + " @ - http" or your video may not upload or play correctly. You can add www. to the title of your video as needed.

Broadcast Options

You have two Broadcast options:

Public:

Share your video with the world! (Recommended)

Private:

Only viewable by you and those you share the video with (people you have become friends with on RejoiceTube). You can see your friends by clicking the "Friends" link in the top menu bar.

PROFILE HELP

How do I edit my profile?

Login to your account. View the welcome page and look to the "My Profile" link in the middle of your page. Click on this link and continue to fill out all of your user details.

How do I see another user's profile?

Click on a username next to an uploaded video or video review.

My Videos?

These are videos you have uploaded to RejoiceTube.com.

My Favorites?

These are videos you have marked as your favorites. To add videos to your favorites, go to a video and look under the video box. There you will see a link called "Add To Favorites." If you are logged into your account, click on this link and it will add that video to your favorites list.

Video comments?

These are all the comments made by RejoiceTube members on videos viewed. To post a comment you must be logged in to your account. View a video of your choice, at the bottom of that videos page is a comments box. There you can add your review of the video.

Top Rated videos?

These are videos rated by members on RejoiceTube.com. Stars ratings are given by voters and represent how good they think the video is. To rate a video login to your account, view a video, and click on the stars under the video box. Ratings are from 1 to 5. One being "poor" and five being "excellent." You can only rate a video once, so please make sure your rating is correct before you click the stars. A rating cannot be changed once made.

Upload a photo to profile?

Login to your account. Click on the image link which will take you to a photo upload tool. 300 x 300 size images are ideal. Jpg Format Only.

GROUPS HELP

Group creation is based around a topic like "Scripture Memory." Members with interests in that group should the group owner to join. The RejoiceTube member who owns that group can decide whether to allow group membership or not. Communication with other members is done through email. This is a great way of making online friends and sharing a combined interest.

Group Creation

To create a group. Go to your account, click on the "Groups" link in the top menu bar of the site. Then you will see a link called "Create Group." Click this link and you will go to a new page where you can create your new group. Set up your Group preferences and away you go.

How do I join a group?

To join a group click on the "Groups" link in the top menu bar of the site. Scan and select your preferred group. Click on the group image and then click on the "Click to join this group" link.

EMAIL HELP

To view email communication from other members, login to your account and look to your user name at the very top of the web site. Next to your username you will see an email symbol. If you have new incoming email, the box will have a number beside it like (1) for one email, (3) for three emails, and so on. Members also have the options of editing and sending email from here.
